The comfortable bed provided decent sleep quality.

Upon arrival, there was no reception staff present, requiring me to make a costly local call to check in. I found the air conditioning in my room to be inadequate, as it did not work properly, leaving me uncomfortable . The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, particularly the kitchen area, which did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned.

Good intentions, flawed execution

The room was clean and comfy, making for a satisfactory stopover with well-equipped facilities for family needs.

Communication was challenging due to language barriers with the staff, leading to a frustrating check-in experience.

The staff is super kind and helpful. She helped us get to our car rental agency. For one night it has everything you need.

There's no hot plate, just a microwave and toaster. We didn't have a sponge or a towel. - which we would have gotten if we'd asked. The extra bed was very uncomfortable.

Very clean and perfect for a stay to drive the Great Ocean Road. Parking right in front of the door.

(a) It was in a good location. (B) It was quiet - even though it was situated next to the Caravan Park. (C) The Manager - Terry - was very friendly and helpful. (d) The BBQ facilities were good.

The only thing we did not like was the spa/shower. It was very high and awkward to get in and out of. Also the base of the spa/shower was very slippery.

New-fashioned and newly renovated room with a clean bathroom. Very polite and nice personnel, exceptionally comfortable bed.

Absolutely loved the stay! So cozy and tidy, such a charming ambiance to unwind.

A well-equipped motel with spacious rooms in a good location in Lorne.

The room was spacious with a kitchenette, and the bed was comfortable. The location provided a peaceful atmosphere, away from noisy traffic, with a pleasant short walk to the beach and local eateries.

Unclean bathrooms.

Pleasant stay, great location!!Check-in process was reasonably pleasant, helpful concierge staffs offered to carry the bag. The room was spacious, comfortable with great facilities.

The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is also very spacious.

The rooms had a very unpleasant smell. The entire hotel equipment is very outdated.

The Queen Room was decent and clean, with comfy beds and linen. The sofa bed was a win for my son, who found it cozy. The room had a bit of a smoky smell since the windows were open when we arrived, not so great. The location isn't as prime as other places in Lorne, but it was okay for a night.

The Beach 5 mins away and close to supermarket, shops and restaurant. The staff are super friendly and helpful and always smiling. The room was spacious and and the bed was really comfortable. Good value for money.

Bed was lousy

to feel welcome; not just have someone take your money. This place was overpriced and had nothing that would entice us back again ever.
